For Fun II
just another day in camp, running 6km, den 2km route march with jerry can, and rest all the way. oh went to damian house to help him, for 45 minutes only, den damian ask, wha so fast must go le. sorry dude. maybe another day? (:and boy make sure you do your planning ar!fail to plan, plan to fail k?!?!tmr got 24 km route march. going to press on, using will power and mind-over-matter. have faith that God will protect my body and that my body won't give up on me. learnt something today: mind over body. mind is the king of the body, don't let the body tell the mind what to do, let the mind tell the body what to do (:
